Your new company We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Production Manager for a leading food manufacturer. This role is pivotal in ensuring that production targets are met efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. Your new role You will manage day-to-day operations, lead a team of supervisors and operators (30+), and drive continuous improvement across the plant. Oversee daily production activities to meet output, quality, and safety targets Lead, coach, and develop production teams to maximise performance and engagement Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to improve productivity and reduce waste Ensure compliance with food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, GMP, BRC) Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies Maintain accurate production records and reports for internal and external audits Champion a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence

What you'll need to succeed You will have proven experience as a Production Manager in a food manufacturing environment with a strong understanding of food safety standards and regulatory compliance.
