Position Overview

We are seeking a highly capable and experienced Production Manager with a strong background in aerospace or precision engineering environments. This is a critical leadership role responsible for driving production performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement across the shop floor.

The successful candidate will lead daily manufacturing operations, ensuring output, quality, and delivery targets are consistently achieved while maintaining the highest aerospace standards.
