What You'll Be Doing:

As Production Manager, your main goal is to ensure customer needs are met through on-time, complete deliveries.

Execute production plans that match customer demand and business goals.
Track departmental KPIs to keep all teams on target.
Lead and support your team with frequent performance reviews and feedback.
