Staffline is recruiting Production Operatives to work at our client's busy, chilled flower distribution warehouse for the Mother's Day peak period in Chatteris.

From 04th March until 14th March - FREE Transport is available from Peterborough.

Shifts may range from 10 to 12 hours; however, during the Mother's Day peak, typical start and finish times will be 6-6 or 7-7 for both day and night shifts.

The rates of pay are: - Day Shift £12.21 per hour - Night shift £15.26 per hour

Overtime is available after working 48 hours and paid at: - Day shift £15.26 per hour - Night shift £19.08 per hour

Your Time at Work As a Production Operative, your duties may include:

- Maintaining high product quality standards and promptly reporting any issues - Accurately applying labels and producing labelled collars. - Assembling Q-boxes and maintaining smooth production flow to ensure on-time dispatch. - Operating and monitoring machinery such as bucket and strapping machines, clearing blockages, and ensuring continuous operation. - Using tablets or scanners to operate systems (e.g., Rubicon) and ensuring all finished goods are correctly recorded and scanned. - Setting up production runs with the correct materials, including buckets, labels,...
