About the Role: As a Production Operative, you will be instrumental in producing high-quality composite boards and associated products. Your duties will include:

* Machine operation and quality checks

* Preparation and implementation of production tasks

* Rubbing down, stacking, and reworking materials

* Performing basic maintenance of the line and work areas

* Manual handling responsibilities
