We are currently recruiting for an excellent opportunity for a Production Operative to join a well-established and respected manufacturing organisation based in the Brownhills area. This role offers a stable working environment along with genuine opportunities for progression and increased earning potential.

The Role
Working as part of a dedicated production team, you will support the efficient manufacture and handling of products in line with company standards and health & safety procedures. Key responsibilities include:

* Operating machinery and equipment in a safe and controlled manner

* Assisting with general production and assembly duties

* Handling materials and supporting workflow across the shop floor

* Carrying out basic quality checks to ensure standards are maintained

* Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment

Candidate Requirements

* Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment is advantageous

* Ability to follow processes and adhere to health & safety guidelines

* Strong attention to detail with a reliable and proactive approach to work

* A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team

* Due to the shift finishing times and the lack of public transport in the area, candidates must have access to their own transport
