The Role

We're recruiting Manufacturing Operatives to join a fast-paced production environment where your contribution is key to keeping operations running smoothly.

You'll be:

Receiving and interpreting production orders and calculating reel widths Operating slitting machines, including loading reels, threading materials, and setting knife bars Monitoring machinery, identifying faults, and reporting issues promptly Managing trim and dust extraction units and taking samples when required Handling coils, marking and preparing them for packaging, and recording production data Assisting with reel upending and supporting wider departmental tasks Carrying out minor maintenance and maintaining high housekeeping standards Following health & safety procedures and ensuring products meet required specifications ...
