Ongoing role until at least September potential for permanent employment (not guaranteed) We are currently seeking a Production Operative for an ongoing opportunity based near Dunmow. This is a physically demanding role that requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. Key Responsibilities:Assist in the production, assembly, and packing of finished goods.Operate production machinery, including machines and hand tools.Load materials into production lines.Conduct basic quality control checksInform supervisors of any production issues, faulty machinery, or packaging defects.Securely package and palletise goods for shipment.Support other areas of manufacturing during peak periods to develop new skills and contribute to team success.
