Looking to kick-start your career in production or warehouse operations? This is a brilliant opportunity to join a growing team where you’ll be trained, supported, and developed from day one.

We’re on the lookout for a hands-on, reliable Production Operative who’s keen to learn and get stuck into a fast-paced environment. No extensive experience needed – just the right attitude!

What you’ll be doing:

* Operating and monitoring production machinery

* Carrying out quality checks to ensure high standards

* Assisting with assembly and packaging of products

* Supporting stock control and materials handling

* Helping maintain a safe, clean, and organised workspace

* Getting involved in improving processes and efficiency

What we’re looking for:

* Someone reliable, hard-working and eager to learn

* A great team player with a positive attitude

* Good attention to detail

* Physically fit (role involves standing & manual work)

* Driving licence & own transport is essential

* Any production/warehouse experience is a bonus – but not required!
