T&K Associates are currently recruiting on behalf of our Client located near Ashby-de-la-Zouch for Production Operatives to join their team on a Temporary to Permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a Global Company who are expanding their friendly team! The Company offer some excellent benefits including on-going training and a 1pm finish on a Friday! Due to the location, own transport is required.

Production Operative Job Details & Benefits;
£13.40 per hour
Day shift with an early finish on a Friday
Monday to Thursday 8am-4.30pm and Friday 6am-1pm
Extra overtimeopportunities available Meaning further earnings!
Weekly pay
33 daysholiday per year including bank holidays (When permanent)

Production Operatives Job Details;
Accurately weigh raw materials to ensure compliance with product specifications
Feeding products into the machine
Bagging and palletising products
Making precast shapes
Mixing product and stripping moulds
Maintaining a tidy working environment, always following H&S rules and regulations
Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and co-workers
The environment is dusty, loud, and labour intense therefore applicants need to be physically fit.

Production Operatives Person Specification;
Must be physically fit due to lifting and moving the product
Strong attention to detail and ability to record accurate information
Previous experience in a manual role within a manufacturing environment is advantageous
Happy to stand for the duration of your shift & complete repetitive duties
