You will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery. You will need to ensure product quality, machine efficiency, and adherence to safety standardsPlease be aware that you will be standing for long periods of time and may also be lifting heavy items. Hours: 8:30 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 8:30 16:00 FridayKey Responsibilities:Joint preparationInspect joints for quality and consistencyPerform routine maintenance and report any mechanical issuesMaintain accurate production records and follow work ordersCutting lengthsAssembly and pressingSlitting to required widthNesting beltsPacking and quality control inspectionAdhere to health and safety regulations and company policiesGeneral warehouse duties What We're Looking For:Basic Mechanical understanding of production processesAttention to detail and commitment to qualityGood communication and teamwork skillsPrevious experience in manufacturing CRC Recruitment are a leading Midlands based recruitment consultancy covering vacancies across the UK.
