Production Operative

Immediate Start We are currently recruiting on behalf of our well-established food manufacturing and distribution client based in Thriplow, who is seeking a Production Operative to join their team.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm
Pay: From £13.00 per hour (depending on experience)

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and reliable individual seeking a hands-on role within a busy production environment. Previous experience is advantageous; however, full training will be provided for the right candidate. This is a temporary role with the opportunity to become permanent.

Key Responsibilities:

Work on production lines, washing, preparing, and processing raw materials

*

Operate machinery safely under supervision

*

Pack products ready for dispatch

*

Maintain cleanliness and follow food hygiene and health & safety procedures

*

Assist with stock control and general production support

Requirements:

*

Previous production experience is advantageous

*

Must have your own transport due to location

*

Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team

*

Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling

This role would suit someone practical, hardworking, and eager to develop their skills within a supportive team environment.
