This is a great opportunity for someone who is hands-on, reliable, and has good attention to detail. About the Role: The successful production operative will carry out a range of tasks, including assembling printed circuit boards (PCBs) and programming electronic devices. Full training will be provided, but experience in a similar role would be an advantage. Main Duties: Identifying and placing electronic components onto PCBs Removing PCBs from panels and preparing them for coating Applying masking and protective caps for the wave soldering process Inserting components into a manual programming jig Adding serial number labels to devices Checking components for correct positioning and orientation Filling out process control paperwork accurately What We're Looking For: Previous experience in electronics or production work (preferred) Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail Able to follow written and verbal instructions Punctual, reliable, and able to work as part of a team What's on Of...
