Earn Big: Competitive hourly rate of £13.20, with the potential to earn over £500 per week!

Balanced Schedule: Enjoy a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern (06:00-18:00), giving you more time for yourself.

Key Purpose

• To produce excellent results by following standard work, converting work materials into finished goods, continually improving the work environment by, helping the team to achieve the required metrics for the area. Have a key focus on colleague safety and product quality.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proficient in written, numerical, and verbal communication
• Ability to maintain standard work pace at full line speed.
• Demonstrates initiative, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
• Food manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential.
