Job Title: Production Operative Contract Type: Ongoing Location: West Bromwich Salary: £12.50 per hour Working Hours: 07:30am - 16:00pm, Monday to Friday

We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to work with a well-established and reputable client based in West Bromwich, operating within the window and glazing industry. This is an ongoing position offering consistent weekday work and long-term opportunities.

Your Role as a Production Operative:

Assisting in the manufacture and assembly of windows and frames

Operating basic production and cutting machinery (training provided)

Measuring, handling, and assembling window components accurately

Quality checking finished products to ensure they meet required standards

Maintaining a clean and safe production area

Following all health and safety procedures at all times

Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets

Requirements:

Previous production or manufacturing experience is preferred

Experience within the window, glazing, or uPVC industry is highly desirable

Ability to use hand tools and measuring equipment accurately

Good attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines

Reliable, hardworking, and physically fit

Positive attitude and willingness to learn
