The Role We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Production Operative to join our team at Windrush. As a key member of the Operations Team, you will work on a 3-shift rotating pattern (6.00am - 2.00pm, 2.00pm - 10.00pm, 10.00pm - 6.00am). The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, focused, and driven, with a positive “can-do” attitude. You will demonstrate excellent self-organisation and motivation skills, while maintaining a strong commitment to safety at all times. For some positions, operating a forklift is required in order to safely load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse. However, this is not a requirement for all roles.
