Pay: £12.95/hour starting rate → £14.23/hour (one skill learned) → £16.76/hour (multi-skilled)
Hours: Full-time | 40 hours/week | Rotating Shifts (6am–2pm & 2pm–10pm, Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities Operate and set up high-tech production machinery
Maintain product quality to company standards
Work collaboratively to reduce downtime and improve efficiency
Progress through a structured training pathway to become multi-skilled
Pay & Overtime Starting Rate: £12.95/hour
Progression to One Skill: £14.23/hour
Multi-Skilled Rate: £16.76/hour
Overtime (paid at time and a half) £19.43/hour (starting rate)
£21.35/hour (one skill)
£25.14/hour (multi-skilled)
