Are you reliable, hardworking, and looking for a hands-on role in the food industry? Were currently recruiting Production Operatives to join our team in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment, specialising in freshly prepared salads, coleslaws, and potato salads. About the Role: Youll be working as part of a close-knit team, preparing and assembling high-quality chilled food products. This role is based in a cold production environment (around 5C), so suitable PPE will be provided. Key Responsibilities: Preparing and assembling chilled food items (salads, coleslaw, etc.)
Ensuring food hygiene and safety standards are strictly followed
Operating machinery and equipment as required
Maintaining a clean and organised workstation
Following production plans and meeting daily targets
Requirements: Previous experience in food production or manufacturing is an advantage, but not essential full training provided Strong awareness of food hygiene, safety, and quality control
Comfortable working in a cold environment
Able to follow instructions and work efficiently as part of a team
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
