Recruit4staff are representing a well-established manufacturing business in their search for a Production Operators to work in Flint

Job Details:

Pay: £28,224 - £29,407 per annum
Hours of Work: 4on/4off shift pattern, 2 days, 2 nights (7-7)
Duration: Permanent
Benefits: 5% employee pension, 5% employer pension, 23 days holiday (increasing with service), Life Assurance
Job Role: The Production Operator will be responsible for operating machinery, packing, palletising, loading lids, and refilling materials. You’ll ensure all materials are ready in line with production schedules and conduct routine checks to maintain safety, quality, and spec standards. Regular cleaning, inspection of machines, and identifying or resolving issues will also form a core part of the Production Operator role.

Previous experience working within a manufacturing environment
Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications

Previous machine operating experience within a manufacturing environment
Commutable From: Deeside, Flint, Chester, Ellesmere Port
