Whether you've worked in manufacturing before or you're just someone who turns up and gets stuck in, we'd love to hear from you.The day-to-day - What You'll Actually Be DoingSetting up and operating production machinery we'll train you properly.Monitoring lines to keep quality spot-on and catching anything before it becomes a problem.Performing machine changeovers and basic maintenance to keep things running smoothly.Recording production data accurately traceability matters in what we do.Keeping your area clean, safe and up to GMP and food safety standards.Operating a forklift to move materials and finished products (FLT licence a bonus, not a must).Who fits in here?Someone reliable if you say youll be there, youre thereGood attention to detail and a genuine care for qualityAble to stay calm and focused in a busy environmentA decent communicator youll work closely with Engineers, Lead Operators and Shift ManagersPrevious food, drink or FMCG experience is a nice bonus but its absolutely not essentialA FLT licence would be great, but we can work with the right person regardless!Self-motivated and adaptable this isnt a stand still kind of role!Whats in it for you?Annual salary of £33,330.26 inclusive of Shift Premium, this equates to £15.21 per hour your 12-hour commitment is worth itGot the right attitude?
