Production Operative

New Yesterday

We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to join our client in Sittingbourne.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established company, offering stable, ongoing work across multiple shifts.

Shift Patterns:

Rotating Day Shifts (Monday to Friday):
Week 1: 7:00am - 3:00pm

Week 2: 3:00pm - 11:00pm

Fixed Night Shift (Monday to Friday):
11:00pm - 7:00am

Key Responsibilities:

Operating production machinery

Monitoring product quality

Packing and preparing goods for dispatch

Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Following health and safety procedures at all times

Requirements:

Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred (but not essential)

Good attention to detail

Ability to work as part of a team

Reliable and punctual
