This role involves hands-on production work, quality checking, and working with paint products to meet customer specifications. Your Role as a Production Operative Working in a chemical manufacturing setting Quality checking finished products to ensure customer standards are met Colour matching and tinting paints (solvent & water-based, solid and metallic shades) Applying paint using spray equipment Loading and unloading machinery Physical lifting required - weights up to 16kg / 25kg Supporting general production duties as required Requirements Previous experience within a production or manufacturing environment desirable Ability to carry out physical tasks including regular lifting Good attention to detail, especially for colour matching Willingness to learn tinting and spraying techniques Reliable, hardworking and able to follow instructions Positive team-focused attitude Pay & Shifts Monday to Thursday: 08:00 - 16:30<...
