Pertemps Lincoln are looking to hire a factory staff member for our customer in Gainsborough. Our customer is a global manufacturer who would like to add to their already successful manufacturing team. As a Production Operative, youll play a vital role in turning raw materials into finished products that meet the high-quality standards.

This is a varied role, where youll gain hands-on experience in multiple areas of production, including: Incoming Goods Laser Operations Machine Operations Stores Assembly and Packing Despatch

What skills and experience do I need? Basic computer literacy. Previous experience in production, factory, and warehouse related roles. Strong awareness of Health & Safety practices. Excellent time management skills. Flexibility and adaptability to work in various production areas.

How much will I be paid? £12.71per hour. Plus, overtime which is readily available in the week and on weekends at time and half (£19.06ph) or double time (£25.42ph)

What hours will I need to work? Monday to Friday 6AM to 2:30PM (£12.71ph)
