Role Summary

We are seeking Production Operatives for our automotive client based in Washington to perform the duties listed below.

Key Responsibilities

* Responsibilities include machine operation, assembly, trimming, material handling and inspection.

* Performs semi-skilled production work to assemble or fabricate a product or sub-assembly in accordance with team production goals.

* May perform work manually and/or by machine operation which requires in-depth knowledge of process and constant monitoring.

* Ensures product and process quality and efficiency through appropriate inspection and continuous improvement problem solving activities.

* Makes machine adjustments and typically manages several variables within the process.

* Maintains procedures and standards to provide compliance with quality standards for assigned area.

Key Qualifications/Requirements

* Proven experience as Production Operative or relevant role minimum 2 years

* Must be able to work a 2 shift pattern consisting of days and backs

* Ability to work overtime in accordance with policies and procedures.

* Ability to perform work while standing or walking a minimum of eight (8) hours a day.

Shift Pattern:

* Days: 06:00 – 14:28

* Lates: 15:15 – 23:43
