Introduction

Acorn by Synergie are recruiting Production Operatives to join a well-established client operating in Spalding. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, with full training provided.

Key Duties

Working on a production line.

Making and preparing flower bouquets.

Packing and quality checking products.

Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area.

Requirements

Ability to stand and work for long periods.

Good attention to detail.

Flexible and able to work shifts (days and nights).

Reliable and committed to completing assigned shifts.

Driving licence essential to travel between sites.

Hours & Pay

12-hour shifts, days and nights.

Day rate: £12.21 per hour.

Night rate: £12.71 per hour.

Overtime: £15.26 per hour (after 46 hours).
