Multi-Skilled Production Operator
Location: Welwyn Garden City
Job Type: Full-time
My client are seeking a multi-skilled Production Operator to enhance their dynamic team. This role is perfect for individuals with a keen interest in mechanical or engineering, offering a pathway for growth and development within their fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Day-to-day of the role:
Start as a general production operator, supporting various departments and processes.
Gain hands-on experience with a variety of manufacturing equipment and processes and Warehouse operations.
Depending on performance and interests, transition into specialised roles within specific production areas.
Work collaboratively with a team to meet production targets while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Curiosity and a keen interest in developing new skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment.
Good communication skills and team-oriented approach.
Basic mechanical awareness or technical interest is desirable.

Monday to Friday, one week early and one week late shifts as follows:
06:00 – 14:00
14:00 – 22:00
