Rotating shifts - 6am-2pm / 1:30pm-9:30pm
The Role
We are recruiting reliable and detail-focused Production Operators to join our client's team within a fast-paced, sterile manufacturing environment. This role is primarily focused on visual inspection of products on the production line, ensuring all items meet required quality and presentation standards while supporting efficient production output.
Key Responsibilities
Carrying out visual inspections of products to identify defects, damage, or inconsistencies.
Monitoring products as they move along the production line to ensure standards are maintained.
Packing, labelling, and handling products in line with production specifications.
Following strict clean room, hygiene, and safety procedures at all times.
Completing basic production paperwork and records accurately.
Reporting any faults, defects, or process issues to line leaders or supervisors.
Supporting general production tasks to ensure smooth running of the line.
The Ideal Candidate
Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or assembly environment.
Experience in regulated, sterile, pharmaceutical, or medical environments is desirable but not essential.
Strong attention to detail, particularly for visual inspection tasks.
Able to work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work rotating shifts in a clean room setting.
