The Role: Build and manage production schedules aligned to customer orders and forecast demand. Translate sales forecasts and order data into practical factory plans across multiple production lines. Anticipate and manage planning risks including raw material shortages, shelf-life constraints, or downtime. Monitor planning performance and identify opportunities to improve throughput and reduce waste. The Person: Previous experience in a production planning, scheduling, or supply planning role within manufacturing (food/FMCG ). Comfortable working in environments with tight deadlines and changing priorities. Strong systems knowledge (ERP/MRP) with good Excel capability.
