The Production Planner & Analytics Lead will be responsible for developing efficient production schedules and using data to drive smart, scalable decisions. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, building systems, and working closely with a passionate team.

As Production Planner & Analytics Lead, you will:

* Develop and manage production schedules to meet seasonal and daily demand * Analyse production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement * Collaborate with different teams across the business to rebuild and refine production processes * Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material availability * Create reports and dashboards to support strategic decision-making

As Production Planner & Analytics Lead, you will have:

* Experience in production planning, production analysis , or a similar manufacturing role * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets * Proficiency in Excel and/or data analysis tools * A hands-on, can-do attitude with a passion for building and improving systems * Excellent communication and organisational skills
