Collaborate with the Production team to ensure customer dispatch deadlines are met Assist in demand planning and labour capacity forecasting Prepare and issue production paperwork, including kitting as required Participate in daily shortage meetings with Supervisors to address material or production gaps Maintain effective communication and coordination with both production and purchasing departments Support continuous improvement initiatives and apply LEAN methodologies where applicable Understand key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports for presentation to the management team Demonstrate strong teamwork skills; effectively liaise with all departments to ensure smooth operationsProfile
