About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-driven Production Planner to join our client’s growing manufacturing team. This is a pivotal role responsible for ensuring efficient shop floor scheduling and achieving OTIF (On Time In Full) customer delivery through effective use of our ERP/MRP systems

You will play a key part in coordinating production activities, maintaining workflow efficiency, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within a fast-paced manufacturing environment operating to ISO 13485 standards.

Key Responsibilities – Production Planner

Load work orders efficiently while maintaining customer delivery commitments Maintain accurate, up-to-date tracking of live works orders Produce monthly and weekly forward loading plans across all production resources, including manual operations (deburring, inspection, packing/despatch, etc.) Monitor progress against schedules, pro-actively addressing delays and supporting machinists to meet targets Ensure timely movement of jobs between processes Raise purchase requisitions for subcontract operations and ensure subcontract requirements are communicated to purchasing Ensure raw materials are issued correctly and in a timely manner Maintain accurate Bills of Materials (BOM), including set and cycle times Monitor stock accurac...
