We’re on the hunt for a Senior Project Manager with exceptional client-facing ability, rock-solid production knowledge, and a proven track record delivering large-scale scenic construction projects. If you’ve previously managed budgets of £250k+ and thrive at the intersection of creativity and construction, this could be your next big move.


Salary: £55,000–£65,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience)

As the company continues its impressive expansion, they are searching for a dynamic Senior Project Manager to help lead and elevate their most exciting projects.


The Role:

As Senior Project Manager, you’ll be at the heart of planning and delivering high-profile set builds, installations, and activations across film, TV commercials, events, brand experiences, and exhibitions.

You will work closely with design teams and clients, turning ambitious concepts into flawless reality — on time, on budget, and beyond expectation.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves being close to the action, thrives under pressure, and brings both creativity and structure to every build.


What You’ll Bring:

5+ years’ experience across film, TVCs, events, brand experiences, or exhibitions

A background in large-scale scenic construction with an expert understanding of onsite and workshop build techniques

Ability to read, interpret, and communicate construction drawings with precision

A meticulous eye for detail — in the office, onsite, and across every element of production

Strong technical production knowledge, plus the ability to lead crews, subcontractors, and suppliers

Robust health & safety knowledge, including preparing documentation and ensuring all regulations are met

A calm, decisive, quick-thinking approach to problem solving

Proven ability to manage and reconcile project budgets with care and accuracy

Outstanding communication skills — you’ll be the glue that holds clients and crews together to deliver success

What You’ll Do

Lead and energise teams across workshop and onsite builds

Ensure the highest standards of quality across all project outputs

Drive seamless communication between clients, designers, and production teams

Maintain exceptional levels of organisation, accuracy, and professional judgement

Make confident, timely decisions to keep projects moving efficiently and safely
