The Opportunity A leading organisation within the FMCG sector is seeking an experienced Production Shift Manager to join its Production team. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven people leader to take ownership of a high-performing shift and play a key role in ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing operations.

This is a full-time position working on a 4-on, 4-off rotating pattern, covering 12-hour day and night shifts (6am-6pm and 6pm-6am).
