Production Shift ManagerPay:From £38,000.00 per yearJob DescriptionWe are seeking aProduction Managerto join our team, with salary dependent on experience. Working in a small team, you will oversee daily production lines to ensure high-quality food-to-go products with minimal interruptions. Responsibilities include managing rotas, HR processes, and keeping training up to date. Thisfast-paced, hands-on rolerequires experience in a production environment, ideally in food. The day starts at 6am, finish times vary with production volumes, and applicants must be available to work5 days across a 7-day schedule, including weekends.Whatyou'llbe doing:Oversee smooth running of the business by coordinating stock, production, picking, and dispatch with department leadersEnsure stock levels meet requirements,maintainingproduct quality and minimizing wasteLead andpromote a strongfood safety culture, ensuring traceability and compliance with BRC and company proceduresManage staffing rotas, cover, HR processes (interviews, disciplinary, absence reviews), inductions, and trainingLiaise with Production Supervisors, team leaders, and other departments to ensure efficient food-to-go productionAttend management meetings, set a positive example for staff, and ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and Health & Safety regulationsAbout You:Experience of working within the FMCG SectorCandidates must be flexible, hard-working andpossessa positive attitude to workExperience of working in a fast-paced production environmentJob Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits:CanteenCasual dressDiscounted or free foodHealth & wellbeing programmeOn-site parkingJBRP1_UKTJ
