A growing food manufacturing business is looking for a hands-on Production Shift Manager to lead daily operations and drive performance across the site.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll take ownership of output, quality, team leadership and continuous improvement within a fast-paced FMCG environment.

What we’re looking for:

• Food manufacturing experience (essential)
• Strong team leadership within production
• Lean / CI mindset with measurable improvements
• KPI-driven and comfortable working with data
• HACCP / food safety knowledge

This is a genuine opportunity to join a scaling business with strong growth plans and real progression potential. They are looking to grow 25% year on year and open up another site within the next 5-6 years.
