We are supporting a leading food manufacturing business based in the North East of England as they have an opening for a Production Shift Manger. The Production Shift Manager will be responsible for setting and driving operational standards in relation to People, Product, Process, Plant and Performance across all of the shift. On Offer: £47,000 - £50,000 base salary + overtime opportunities Working 4 on 4 off (2 days / 2 nights) Duties: Manage a trained and motivated shift team with committed, multi-skilled and flexible colleagues. Operate flexibly and respond quickly to change and opportunities actively demonstrate the capacity to get into action fast and make things happen. Ensure that all roles are suitably resourced and effectively utilised in order to meet capacity/customer requirements.
