Overview

One of our leading clients are looking for an experienced Production Shift Supervisor to work in their Powder Coat/Paint Room. You will not necessarily need previous experience in this area, as long as you come from a production background and are process orientated, motivated, and measured, and can work unsupervised. This role plays a key leadership role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring high standards of service, and supporting team performance during assigned shifts. This position acts as the on‑shift point of contact for staff, maintains operational efficiency, and ensures compliance with company policies and safety procedures. The ideal person will be process orientated, motivated, and measured.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily shift operations to ensure smooth workflow and consistent service delivery. Allocate tasks and responsibilities to team members based on operational needs. Monitor productivity, resolve on-shift issues, and provide real-time support to staff.Team Management
