£40000 pa Global manufacturer offering Long Term Prospects Excellent working environment Mon to Thurs 10pm to 6am, Fri 6pm to 12 midnight On behalf of a global manufacturing company, based near Rochdale, we are recruiting for a Shift Team Leader to manage and lead a small team of Production Machine Operatives. Ideally with previous knowledge working with Engineered Textiles or laminating the purpose of the role is; - Ensuring the full management of direct resources (personnel and machinery) on a shift. - Responsible for production, quality, ensuring demands are fulfilled. - Effectively servicing the customer. - Compliance with Health Safety and Environmental standards, ensuring all are met for self and production teams.
