Production Supervisor Bury St Edmunds My client are looking for a Production Supervisor. This is a full-time opportunity, working onsite in their site just outside Bury St Edmunds. They are looking for someone with experience working in a high output production environment. The company has very strong staff retention and tenure of service which speaks to the pleasant working environment and development opportunity. Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all technical aspects of the Lathe Area, including responsibility for all lathe machines and associated ancillary equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve component machining issues in collaboration with the Lathe team to ensure efficient production. Work closely with the Lathe Area Production Supervisor to support, motivate, and drive the department in achieving output and performance targets. Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reduction initiatives, providing recommendations where feasible. Experience Required: Technically sounds experience operating some of the following: lathe machines, ancillary equipment, CNC Machines Experience working as part of a 24/7 production environment Experience working in a high output production environment Ability to sold technical issues, utilising your mechanical knowledge Familiarity with ISO standards (ISO 9001:2015) Location: Bury St Edmunds Salary: Up to £50k If you feel have the relevant skills, please apply with an updated copy of your CV.
