Your Mission

Champion safety, quality, cost-efficiency, and delivery across night shift operations.

Drive continuous improvement using lean principles and smart digital tools.

Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.

Lead and develop a high-performing team through coaching, mentoring, and fair performance management.

Use data-driven insights and SMART metrics to optimise processes and outcomes.

Communicate clearly and adapt swiftly to operational changes.

What You Bring

HNC/HND in Engineering or Aircraft Maintenance, or equivalent technical leadership experience.

Proven leadership in a unionised, operational environment.

Strong interpersonal, coaching, and performance management skills.

Solid understanding of MRO operations, aviation regulations (CAA/FAA/EASA), and H&S standards.

Proficiency in SAP, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Resilient, organised, and proactive problem-solver.

Legal right to work in the UK and flexibility to work night shifts.
