Production Shift Manager Elland Nightshift Sunday-Thursday Temp to Perm £14.42-£21.00 p/h (Dependent On Experience) 10pm-6am (Sunday-Thursday) My Client who is a leading manufacturer within their field is seeking an experienced Production Shift Manager to join their team due to continued growth and development. The ideal candidate will have worked within an assembly environment where operators have used hand tools. Production Shift Manager Requirements: Strong leadership with good interpersonal and people management skills. Experience managing a team, ideally within the manufacturing industry. Good problem-solving abilities and adaptability. Experienced with inputting production data into a CRM Ability to make decisions regarding safety and operational issues. Self-motivated with team motivational skills. Proactive with minimal supervision needed. Experienced within CI (desirable) Production Shift Manager Duties: Open/close the site and carry out daily inspections. Arrange, produce, and document shift patterns.
