A market-leading logistics and production company in Coventry is seeking a proactive Production Team Leader to join their night shift team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned Team Leader or Senior Operative ready to lead within a highly automated, dynamic facility.

What You’ll Be Doing ... Leading and motivating a team of up to 24 operatives (including agency staff) to meet production targets and KPIs Monitoring machine performance, resolving minor issues, and escalating where necessary Managing production output and ensuring quality, hygiene, and safety standards are consistently upheld Conducting pre-start checks, logging downtime, and ensuring effective shift handovers Supporting Shift Supervisors by liaising with suppliers, contractors, and internal departments Mentoring and training team members while maintaining high morale and productivity Enforcing proper use of PPE, COSHH materials, and completion of relevant documentationWhat We’re Looking For ...
