Red Rock Partnership are delighted to be working alongside our long established and ambitious client based in Nocton who are recruiting for 2 Production Team Leaders to join their team on two different shift patterns.

About the role:

Our client is looking for a driven and experienced Production Team Leader to join their team to play a key role in overseeing the daily operations. You will be reporting to the Production Manager, ensuring the operations run smoothly, efficiently, and safely.

The two different shift patterns are a rota of shifts (A Shift and B Shift)

· A Shift - 06:00-18:00 Week 1: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday Week 2: Sunday, Monday & Tuesday

· B Shift- 06:00-18:00 Week 1: Thursday, Friday & Saturday Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday & Friday

Responsibilities:

· Production Planning: Manage daily line operations, stock counts, and customer needs.

· Team Leadership: Lead, train, and support production staff while promoting a positive and productive work environment.

· Performance & Quality: Monitor KPIs, ensure quality control, and drive continuous improvement.

· Health & Safety: Promote a safety-first culture, reporting incidents and ensuring compliance.

· Forklift Operation: Ensure safe and efficient use of FLTs and oversee vehicle loading/unloading.
