The Company GWP, one of the UK's leading packaging manufacturers, are looking for a Production Team Leader - Di-Cut to join our established team. You will become part of a business established for more than 30 years, with a strong history of producing sustainable and environmentally friendly packaging. Being part of Macfarlane PLC (the UK's largest packaging distributor) and experiencing strong growth over the past three years.

The Role The Di-Cut Team Leader role is well suited to an individual with experience in a manufacturing environment. With responsibility for a small team of operatives, the equipment in your area, housekeeping, efficiency of the processes and the quality of the products. You will be the point of communication between the production manager, planner and your team. Accuracy and efficiency are key to this role. You must be self-motivated and be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.

Due to the location of our site, ideally your own transport would be preferred.
