Working Hours (Week 1 Pattern)
Week 1: Monday Thursday: 06:00 14:00, Friday: 06:00 12:00
Week 2: Mon-Thurs: 14:00-22:00, Fri: 12:00-18:00
About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our growing operation in the SK22 area of New Mills. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to step into a leadership role within a fast-paced environment.
As Team Leader, you will be responsible for:
Supervising and motivating a small team

Ensuring daily targets and KPIs are achieved

Maintaining high standards of quality and safety

Supporting training and development of team members

Reporting to senior management on performance and productivity

Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role

Strong communication and organisational skills

Ability to lead by example

A proactive and hands-on approach

Reliable with excellent timekeeping
