We are looking for a hands-on Production Team Leader with strong people‑management skills to lead a small assembly team in a manufacturing environment.
This role involves hands-on leadership across wiring, crimping, assembly and shipping, while driving Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and People (SQCDP) performance.
Production Team Lead Responsibilities
The Production Team Leader will need to lead from the front, motivate and develop an assembly team Take ownership of your production area and output Ensure safe working practices and high-quality standards Manage attendance, RTW interviews and day‑to‑day performance Meet production and delivery targets Provide cover and support to other production teams when neededProduction Team Leader Attributes:
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Team Leader, Production Supervisor, Production Team Lead or Production Leader Experience managing a team of assembly operators or similar Experience in Electrical or Electronic assembly is ideal Proven people-management experience in manufacturing or assembly Strong understanding of safety, quality and productivity Hands-on knowledge of wiring and assembly processes A positive, ownership‑driven leader who builds strong team relationshipsHours: 4 Day Working Week
