Production Team Leader

to join a

global independent soft drinks manufacturer

with

78 manufacturing sites

worldwide including

6 sites in the UK based in

Bridgwater (TA6). Salary

£41,528.45pa

(basic £37,753.13 and shift premium of £3,775.32) 4 on 4 off Shift pattern

Rotating Days and Nights

06:30 to 18:30 & 18:30 to 06:30 Permanent role

and working on average

42 hours per week Benefits:

As a

Production Team Lead , you will be a key leader on the p roduction floor, directly responsible for a team of 9 . You will ensure the

safe, efficient, and compliant operation

of production lines and processes. This is a

fast-paced, hands-on role

where you will manage

shift resources, deliver on KPIs, and motivate your team

to achieve production targets.

You will

support changeovers and asset care activities , lead audits, and drive

continuous improvement (CI) initiatives . A large part of your role will involve people management, including conducting

training, performance reviews, and development plans

to ensure your team is skilled and engaged.

We are looking for a

confident leader

with strong people management skills and

solid technical awareness of manufacturing equipment . You will be a decisive

problem-solver , comfortable working in a dynamic environment to ensure production plans are delivered in full.

Ideally you will be an

experienced production team leader

with at least

1 years experience.
