We are recruiting for a Team Leader to join a leading production environment in Derby. The Role

You will lead production teams across rotating shifts, ensuring operational targets are achieved while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:

Essential:

A relevant management or engineering qualification, or equivalent hands-on leadership experience. Proven experience leading teams within a manufacturing or production environment. Strong understanding of engineering and assembly methods. Sound knowledge of Health & Safety practices within an industrial setting. Experience applying Lean Manufacturing or similar continuous improvement methodologies. Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. A structured, empathetic leadership style with the ability to motivate and develop teams. Desirable:
