We are looking for a Production Team Leader to join our exceptional quality management team at a world-class manufacturing site, renowned for its high-performance diesel and gas engines.

Reporting to the Shift Manager, the Production Team Leader, will be responsible for leading and coaching a team of between 5 - 10 inspectors, which can increase during peak times. You will work along-side management to successfully organise and lead the hour-to-hour function of designated projects within associated G&P areas.
Working hours rotate and are as follows: AM Shift - Mon - Fri - 06:00am - 15:00pm PM Shift - Mon - Wed - 13:30pm - 01:00am / Thurs - 13:30pm - 23:00pm Overtime available on weekends
