Production Team Leader/Supervisor

Based in Stirling our growing client requires a Production Team Leader/ Supervisor to assist the Production Manager with improving production processes and procedures and managing a team of production staff within the manufacturing facility. This position has come about due to growth within the site. This role is on shift.
The Candidate:
Previous experience in a production/area team lead/supervisor role within the manufacturing industry is a must Experience of delivering on KPI's High level of professional/specialist technical knowledge in manufacturing Successful application of continuous improvement techniques (ie Lean projects)The role:
Manage the efficient running of your designated area over an entire shift. Assist in implementing plans as agreed with the Production Manager and review to support continuous and sustained improvements in business performance.
Ensure systems and controls are in place to meet customer codes of practice Liaise with Planning, Engineering and other functions as appropriate to ensure budgeted standards
